We need to get authenticated G Suite users to submit a form (form1) which then alerts a
response team to a form submission (via SMS add-on already purchased). Then the
solution emails the user who submitted the first form a second Form which not only
contains information from the first form but also asks additional follow-up questions.
This is completed when the information is known and the second form is then
submitted. This second form updates a register (Google Sheet) which can be reviewed
by an Incident Management team.
The detail of this work is sensitive in nature which is why we are using placeholder
names for clients while the form is built.
