Looking for someone very familiar with the Google Play Inapp subscription API in a backend server implementation running on Centos 7 and PHP 7.1 to help us upgrade to the V3 Play API. We have an existing backend implementation using their V2 API with the PHP library and need some help to upgrade to the new V3 API. Google has mandated that V2 will no longer be supported on Dec 1, 2019, so we need to make the upgrade by then. The backend implementation is currently limited to receipt validation for subscription expiration and entitlement, we pass this on to the mobile app. Hoping to find someone knowledgable with the current Google Play in-app billing API and associated developer environment.
