I have been working with GPS Tracking Systems since 2012, and have installed, modified, and configured Traccar many times. Traccar is written in Java, and will require a VPS to function, CentOS 7 Linux works good. When you say SAAS, I' assume you want to add PHP code around Traccar so you can sell it as a service, correct?
