I'm looking for a full site developed in PHP, & mysql or similar technology based site, This will have functionalities like [login to view URL] please log in there and review each and all of their features. Since the project will consist in developing a site with all of their features and adding some more features that I will provide in the PMB process. Is vital that you understand all of their features. Modules should include: Patient records & history. Doctors appointments scheduling E-mail confirmations and scheduling reminders to patient as well as medication dose reminders via e-mail or SMS Patients messages to Doctor(chat feature) Ability to print Prescriptions or email them. Store them in system For doctor/ Physician admin page: Doctors should be able to create new user Patient dashboard of Key metrics on a single page(all medical information, previous history, any prescriptions and other information) Doctors should be able to refer patients to other doctors/labs etc Labs: should be able to put diagnostic information should be able to track referrals Super Admin Module: For all kind of management I expect from this development a current technology features such as "facebook connect" Google signin and so forth Scope: Doctors will be using the system for free and should be able to add users accordingly. All the data will be stored on cloud location. This should be flexible to add more modules in future. Max budget for this site is $300 Max Duration 30 Days.
