Help needed to restore vivvo CMS based site

This is a urgent project. A site on a server rented from [login to view URL] became suddenly inaccessible.  It does not provide any meaningful error message.  It just does not load pages.  The company support helped restore a cpanel backup, still they could not get it to work (no page could show up after restoration.)  I need someone who can restore the site.  The possible skills may help  including the following: 1) it would be best if you as a IT professional have used the VIVVO CMS, (view [login to view URL], defunct now) so you may be familiar with the software and it would be easier for you to trouble shoot and repair if needed. 2) The script is PHP based.  It connects to a MYSQL database.  You need to be able to connect the script to the MYSQL if needed to. 3) The server runs on linux and the site is managed through cpanel. 4) If you have experience trouble shooting similar pHp based CMS, that may help. Please bid only if you feel confident that you can restore the site.  Thanks.
