Maybe you can considered having an vps and make iRedMail mail server. Than you can send about 5k-15k mail per day, depend limit on your vps. and about mailer, you can use mautic work on your shared host or your on wordpress plugin. if you need help to setup iRedMail mail server, I will happy to help.
