We have a Magento e-commerce store live and running, we have more than 500 products and we are one of the leading retailers in the US. We would like a long time Magento expert partner to handle theme updates, plugin installments, coding and fixing issues and bugs whenever needed. We need a Magento certified developer expertise in integration with social platforms as well as feed generation and more. We are now using Magento 1.9 but we should also be doing migration to Magento 2. This is an ongoing project that starts with a trial period of 30 days. Candidate should be able to solve intricate issues. We do not work on hours based. It is a monthly retainer, whether you have only 1 task per month or 15 tasks per month. This is a trial period, if we are happy with your work, this will be a non stop monthly retainer.
