How do I Fetch and Display XML Feed on my Wordpress theme site

Am trying to fetch an XML feed from external API and display it on my wordpress theme site. The feed provider has whitelisted my server IP to see data for clubID 3938, so that I can see the data relating to that club. However I don't know what to do in order to call the API and fetch and display the data. I know that once I call and fetch, that I can make a series of calls to display the data in any manner of ways, for example... [login to view URL] .... will display all results for Club ID 3938 (that club is whitelisted for my web server to see). But what do I need to do on my side to fetch the feed and make it available to display on my side, now that the provider has whitelisted my server for the club ID I needed? Advice needed. (Attached is the information shown on the providers website regarding XML integration)
