htaccess 301 redirects with query strings

We have a wordpress site and the htaccess file already has a few hundred redirects in it. I'm currently doing a lot of standard 301 redirects in the file, but also have some URL's (maybe 50 - 80) which have query strings. I need someone who can sort out the file and use a combination of redirects to get all redirects working.. It should NOT take more than an hour if you know what you're doing.. Please let me know why you are suitable and how quickly you can work on this
