We need you to implement 3 individual standard contracts into ZOHO Invoice. They need to be personalized automatically (fields like company name, adress, etc. need to be implemented in the contract word files) within ZOHO Invoice. Therefore, the fields from Zoho need to be implemented into our contracts. If we send an offer to a new company, we need to have the option to add and send out as well one, two or three automatically personalized contracts (as PDF files) together with the offer. The add contract option (available for 3 contract individually) must be "by click".

ZOHO ZOHO ZOHO ;-) and Google too as we are certified... If I understand well the projet, you need to link custom field into quote and invoice. And define 3 different template (called contract). We have 50 customers on ZOHO and we did this requirement many times. Do not based your judgement on our stars as we are just starting in this platform.
