Improvement and modification of my script | Codeigniter

1- The login page need to be change to this design. In fact what I need is that on the login page is the middle of that page. Left the returning customer, to the right the small registration form. In the registration form we need a bit more field. First name, last name, address, Email, 3 check box one for terms of service second one receive news and special offert and the third one is too be able to send sms when they receive a notification, phone number, provider (will give you a list of provider further in the email.) I will use my footer and headers that I have currently in my site. 2- I have another login to do, it’s only user name and password with a design. We have a group that we call VIP that will have this special login. So the login we currently see will be ok, we just need to add the picture that is attach to it, put the back ground black. 3- When I create a company, I realise that I will have 3 types. One that take every kind of quote I offert, like car, home, boat, motorcycle, travel, life and mortgagee. So I need a provision that will allow me to select what kind of quote can be sent to the company. So if I select only car and home they need to receive only car and home. The other type of business is when they receive life and travel insurance quote. When a client make a quote we send to the company to receive the client information. The last one will be the VIP. The VIP is only a person that will send us lead. In the point 4 you will have the information. 4- In the VIP dashboard I need to have a button to send a file to the admin. It will be a form to show with this information: First name, Last name, Phone number, address, the brand (will provide a list), the vehicle (will provide a list), delivery (calendar to select the date of the delivery), a comment box. When the company refer to us a client like this he will be paid a certain amount that I need to be able to input in the company field, so in their dashboard we need to see a place where it need to show the amount they have accumulate in a month. We need to show them a list of the person they have refer. To get the amount for the referral the admin or the employees of admin need to receive the lead through the lead tab. Once the employees have reach the client he will create a car quote once we finalize all 6 step of the quote we will need to make a check mark at the end of the row of the referred person and unlock the 10$. For the employees of the admin, we need a step like a button to create a client like a button to start to create a client from our own side. Let’s say I see the lead, I call the client and the client don’t have internet, I need to be able to create is file from my employees login or my admin login. It could be a form to create the name and address and phone number to create the file of the client, then if you can send me to his dashboard to create the file that will be great. Then another button to go back to my employee’s dashboard. Once the car quote create it follow the regular step to send to the company that are VIP. 5- We need a place to have the client file or create a client file. I client file is the information of the profile of the client, the same information use when we create a client. When we search for a client, we need to be able to write note into is file that he won’t be able to see. I need to be able to read all note fast. In the note I need date and time and my note. So if my employees clic to create a note when I drop into the file I need to be able to see that employees name has create a date on October 25, 2017 at 11:15 and being able to read the note. 6- We need to be able to send greeting email to the client when he register. So I need a provision for a French and English greetings. Their will have some mores emails to be send will tell you later. See the attach file for the full project.
