Install old Xoops site on local machine (WAMP) via remote access

I have an old Xoops site I need installed on my local machine. I am running WAMP. This will be done via remote access using TeamViewer [login to view URL] The sql dump is quite large (186mb) and seems to large to import via phpmyadmin so you will need to make adjustments in the [login to view URL] I suspect. You will also paste the files into a folder under the wamp www folder. You will adjust the xoops config file as to the database setting so it connect. This job should take less than an hour. Payment will be made when the site is up and operational on my local machine. Preference will be given to those that can do this task today.
