Integrating Ruby on Rails Web App to JVZoo API

Looking for a Ruby on Rails / PHP programmer to help me integrate an existing Ruby on Rails app with JVZoo (JVZOO API).
I am looking for someone with experience integrating software with JVZoo.
Please provide at least 1 example of software you integrated with JVZoo API.
The app is a simple one - anyone competent in RoR should be able to understand the app very easily.
App built using the following:
-- Ruby on Rails 4.2.5
-- Dokku (on DigitalOcean)
-- Git
Including the following gems:
-- Devise
-- Figaro
The app currently has an unprotected registration form, allowing anyone with the link to signup as a user.
We want to setup the app so that end users can only join after a successful sale on JVZoo.
I will lean on your expertise with JVZoo for recommendations about the best way to provision new users. I have seen a protected registration form work for other projects. But I'd like to hear your thoughts.
