Joomla Component "Fine Tuning"

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. I have a good part of my component completed, but am having a few issues with it. I'm looking for someone highly knowledgeable in Joomla! 3.x development to assist in the few items, and who is also knowledgeable with UIKit, such as 1) geocoding (Google and Bing) depending on the settings, 2) implementing ajax geocoding if already geocode but there is a change, 3) minor code issue with drag/drop image uploaders not removing the progress bar when upload complete, and drag/drop reordering isn't working, 4) extend the geocoding and map code to other admin views, 5) on frontend site view implementation of google maps isn't showing, bing map has css issues with size, 6) implement ajax search (search box and dropdowns) on a single view. The view loads all items, and the Ajax search would dynamically filter the loaded items, 7) google and bing maps on frontend include "button" to switch between map view and street view, 8) custom next and previous record buttons not working, and 9) one view is throwing "Strict Standards" warnings. Commenting of code added is very important, as I will be taking code additions/changes and adding to a compiler that I am using.
