Laravel developer with SEO knowledge

Hi, I have a new client who developed his website in Laravel but i's very incomplete. What we need to do, together, is to fix it with some best practices, good code, and a lot of SEO. I have a budget of 100-120 USD per month. Maybe more or less depending on the month, but that will be the most regular budget. I need to know how much work or working hours are you ready to do under this budget. The goal is to readapt a poor-designed website into a very solid one, cleaning its errors (you should be able to deliver zero errors in a Markup validator) and making it SEO friendly. So, Google tag, schema, etc. I'm currently in Poland, and I start working at 10 am Central European Time. I don't have any problem hiring people from anywhere in the world, as long as we can find a couple of hours a day in order to talk about the project, what we've done so far and what we need. I'm ok hiring someone for the first time. I've done it many times and it worked great for me. I might ask a lot of things in my first chat. It's ok if you don't know the answer (or if the answer is extremely obvious to you). I just need to know how we get along because we're going to share a lot of time in the chat and working together. If we work well together, I'll do my best to leave a good comment, so you can get more clients in the future. I understand this is important, and I will recognize peoples' skills if they deserve to be recognized. PS: Please, submit your bid even if there are many bids already.
