Laravel Mail Queue Problem

Currently, I am implementing the mail queue for my application. The mail information gets inserted into the jobs table and dispatched. However after dispatched no emails were sent. I have also setup supervisord in Centos to execute php artisan queue:work command. Also in the .env file I have specified QUEUE_DRIVER=database. The attached class are called from the following line of code: $subject = 'Activation Email'; $name = $customer->name; $email = $customer->email; $token = $customer->token; $content = ''; $data = array( 'name' => $name, 'email' => $email, 'token' => $token, 'content' => $content ); SendEmailJob::dispatch($data)->delay(Carbon::now()->addSeconds(10)); You must complete this task via remote desktop and you must be 100% sure you can do it.
