Lightweight Dashboard for Application's Monitoring

Design a Lightweight Dashboard for data that will be pulled through javascript from a php , Data will be a sample of a storage application, see example below: DATA STATE: healthy SPACE: [STATUS] ####.#TB of ####.#TB MDS NODES: ## of ##, CS NODES: ### of ### And another 10-15 lines, with more details on the storage app. It would be nice to see a nice dashboard that is updated every X seconds that updates the latest information on the screen. I will provide more details and live examples once applied. I must insist in being lightweight because it needs to be fast and nice to everyone, not bloated.
