I am willing to create few web sites 3 – 5. I am looking a trusted professional work with highest integrity. Willing to give any party above projects but don’t need so busy people to carry out it, I like to build good relationship during the time. We have time until May to compete for 05 sites. I am expecting your williness for following site and more site will post accordingly. Please check following weather you can or not. 1. Dating site where visitors can chat each other send a file, photo etc (like an internal chat system like here or other freelance platform), It needs to be serious trusted professional site and has an option tracking passport or National Identity card verification to become a member, means to avoid fake profiles. Content already built so you need to build according that. We can discuss during the time.  It needs to have good security level.  It should have CMS to check who is paid, non-paid customers, due date, send automatic emails to upgrade the account etc.  Daily or weekly emails about the new product, service or new visitors, or something inform by automatically.  Site needs to build in English and should have Unicode system (Like google, Facebook) for the local language Sinhala. Means type in Singlish and result come in Sinhala font.  Before making aggremnt please send me  The back office system should be able to visible only to Owner, it should not show to the back office developers and users when it about to upgrade.  Upon completion and approval of its final Web Site, Please provide backup files, used password or any other materials, which used to create this website.
