Looking for a Custom Script Based on iwriter

Essentially, this will be a site where people can come to order articles, just like textbroker or iwriter. The other part of the script will be for the writers to register. I am presently working on a detailed list, but if you go to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], you'll get an idea of what I want. Another aspect of the project of course, is an admin backend managing both halves of course. Now, there doesn't have to be a specific web design - in fact, I would like to be able to take a static web template, use headers and footers, and wrap the script in that, essentially giving me the ability to change the look of the website by simply changing the headers, footers and images. Ask me lots of questions - plus I am open to suggestions. The successful bidder, as long as prices are reasonable - I am a brand new startup company - will get ALL UPDATE WORK, plus development of future functionality, etc. Over time, this could be a pretty lucrative project if we partner together, because I will also give the successful bidder first shot of other projects that I have in mind.
