Looking for an WordPress Developer

We are looking for WordPress Developer for my news website http://delegatenews.com. We are looking to improve the design and layout of the current running live site. I have attached the updated design. We need exactly same like the attached screenshot design. In the design firstly on top a sticky menu bar, with left side logo, center menu with more icon (if categories increasing in future) and right side search bar. After that 3 column layout with right sidebar. So in content part, we have to showing news by fetch through the plugin by displaying 9 columns firstly and load more 9 columns on scroll, with publish date author name on top, heading showing on bottom (as you see in screenshot), and featured image with reading counter, share counter, like counter and social share (if any one wants to share just click on icon and list should be open below with multiple social share platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus etc.). On the other hand, on the right sidebar firstly the ad showing and below the popular article list showing, and on below the google small ad should be display. For this the right sidebar sticky when user reach to the end point of the sidebar and normal when it reaches to end of the page. So on the single post page when user open any article than full post on left side with social share, social counter, read post counter and like post counter with comment form and related articles or more articles on bottm. On the right sidebar remains same as in the front page. So we need the passionate Developer/ Front end developer who create the site exactly like providing the screenshot with responsive.
