I have several years of Drupal experience and I'm a Drupal module contributor so I'm familiar with best practices. I have a couple of VPSes for my own sites and I've worked on many VPSes for others. I'm comfortable with the command line and I run Ubuntu on the desktop. My bid is just a placeholder, I need the details on the site to give a firm bid.
