I need you to develop some software/php script for me. That can do the next job automatically: I have an list of different webcam urls (jpg stream) include name and website url of the webcam stream. What I need is an simple way that when I give the tool or php script from external an signal (for example [login to view URL] That the webcam that has the ID 1 is going on. So the live stream input is connect to the livestream output (simple Iframe website or something) and when there is more than 1 active it must be switched every 10 sec. After 5 min. The webcam steam that is enabled must be automatically disabled. When all the webcam streams are disable their must be showed en still jpg picture
