Make changes in already developed iPhone and Android app

Hello Freelancers, I had developed an iPhone and Android app. The app is almost done. There are few things to be added/changed. Mainly there are 3-4 new features to be added and many UI changes to be done. I will give all icons, logos etc in all required sizes. These are the things to be noted before bidding. Please bid if you are sure you can do this, because in 10 days I have to submit them to the Appstore and Playstore. Changes must be done in Android code and the iPhone code. Both are the same features/changes to be made. Need very experienced programmers. Because, the apps are almost completed you must first understand the code before making changes. For a well-experienced programmer it will be very easy. App uses facebook integration, only FB login no email login. -> There is no communication between Android and iPhone, for example: If I change update my profile pic, name, age etc in iPhone it is not updating in Android and vice versa. Backend is PHP and MySQL. -> In iPhone a button is placed in A ->(Segue) B ->(Segue) C, C screen. Replace it in B screen. -> Change splash screen and login screen, for this I will give the code for animated splash screen and video behind login screen. -> Change the buttons, icons, logos. I will give them. I will give almost everything just you need to put them in the right place to work perfectly. -> Change the fonts, Change the sizes of navigation bar and tableViewCells, change the textBox and button’s style. -> I have a select country UIPickerView and in that there are so many unknown countries. Like, very small countries which we've never heard. I want standard countries list which is used by Apple while their Signup process. -> Need Internationaliazation setup. [login to view URL] -> Infront of phone number textbox there should be a selection box which shows the country code selected according to their country. Example, If they are from USA +1 should be selected etc. -> Change the UISpinner. -> Swipe right from left side corner to go back page. -> Pull to refresh in Settings page and one more page. -> Add app tour for the first time. -> Show UIalert to the user asking to rate the app. [login to view URL] -> Add Share table view cell, if the user clicks it he will see few sharing options like message, facebook etc and the link should be like, if Android user clicks it he should be redirected to Playstore and if iPhone user clicks it he should be redirected to Appstore. -> Change name and other details in Facebook. Currently, it's name is Demo. And there are 3-4 small changes which I will tell you later, very simple for an experienced programmer. These are the changes/additions to be made in both Android and iOS code. Please bid only if you are sure you can do this, lowest bid will have more chances to get hired. Because, I'm not looking for someone who will charge high for these simple changes. Thanks.
