Make a woocommerce plugin

I'd like to develop a first version of a woocommerce plugin. Only reply if you have made woocommerce plugins before and show me the plugins in the wordpress database. Each of below actions must be mailed to a mailaddress I choose. Plugin contains of three parts: 1. Make a translate button at pages, posts, products, product categories and attributes (these buttons have to be put at the detail pages of the post, product, category, page, and attribute, but also place the button at the top views in which all pages, posts, categories and attributes are shown. The button will make sure the shop owner can translate extra parts of descriptions. Extra option at products: when a shopowner wants he also can choose a button which say: 'make a cheaper summary (about 1/3th of length original text)' and this will cost around 1/2 of the complete translation price. The price will be based on a special id the shopowner states somewhere in the plugin dashboard. For example if the id starts with 08 the price of the translations will be 0,08 euro. If the id starts with 10 the price will be 0,10 euro. Id starts with of id the consumer uses and can be between 0,08-0,12 eurocent per word. Mail must be send to mailadress I choose wherein is stated what the backend and frontend url and the id are of the page, post, product and what the number of words and costs are. Also in this mail is the text that needs to be translated, the website and the price per word is. 2. Make seo suggestion button in home dashboard and plugin dashboard. This button will enable the shopowner to ask for SEO advice. He can ask for two things: a. Particular questions (textbox) b. General advice about (textbox) Then he can choose how much time. Each 15 minutes cost € 10. Mail must be send to mailaddress I choose. Herein is the questions that are asked and the number of time they like to spend, together with webshop url. 3. Make a pricing module In the plugin dashboard there must be a pricing option. 1. Make a rule for all products and communicate this to us. There's one general rule that can be made with something like 'add [(negative) amount] and add [(negative)percentage]. 2. The next option is to add single exceptions to this rule, based on product id. For each product like 'add [(negative) amount] and add [(negative)percentage] 3. Then there must be a option to add category exceptions to this rule, based on category id. For each category like 'add [(negative) amount] and add [(negative)percentage] For example. I like to make all products more expensive, cause shipping costs are higher. I like to add 1 euro (or other valuta: the setting of the shop must be used) and like to add 5%. This must be possible with the general rule. Mail must be send to a mailaddress if someone changes to this ruleset. In that case complete ruleset must be mailed, together with webshop url. Other requirements: - Make sure design of the plugin is nice. Important is that the buttons are well visible, so use orange buttons or something. Take a look at the attachment which is from WPML, but I want something like that, but with orange background and white font or something, so shopowners cannot mis it. - In summary the plugin has a menu link in left backend, has his own dashboard and is visible in page, product, post, category and attribute detail ánd overview pages.
