Modification of Order_by of 3rd party plugin

Hello,
We are using a 3rd part plugin on our website called indeed membership pro, we have already purchased the plugin, the plugin has a membership module for listing all registered members - [login to view URL]
At this moment the Order By of this membership list has default options provided by the plugin developer they are -
Order By - Registered Date, Username, Email Address, Random.
We want to set "Order By:" to a custom field that we have added called "Name of Company"
We have some more basic modifications for this plugin, the bidder will be offered to work with us on the other modifications if interested.
