Multi-tenancy and control panel implementation on existing hosted codeignitor app

We already have the Codeignitor app ready with source code. Basically, New client should be able to sign up for an account and the system will automatically setup New DB/App instance, billing and take payment. Also optionally create subdomain link for the new user. NOTE: We noticed this request ia a popular one here on freelancer, so we request only developers who have done similar work previously in order to reduce cost and completion time
