Need design and re-write of my website

I have a website that was created in Wordpress and it has numerous plug ins. I want someone who can re-create the site in php, without the use of plug ins. You must also have some flair for designing the home page in a new innovative way. Attached are two spec sheets which must be incorporated into the new website, and a summary of the five milestones.
If you can start this project immediately, work on it consistently until you finish it, please contact me. This is not a project that you can work on in your spare time. If you are a developer who tries to manage several projects at one time... do not respond to this ad.
I do not work on skype, so do not ask!
