Need a Simple PHP Backup script

Hi! i need an script that i can run via Windows Task manager or linux cronjob the script it is simple must do the job: 1.- open an FTP connection to a host that i will set in a variable 2.- [login to view URL] one folder called Uploads who will be stored in the www folder "/uploads" 3.- [login to view URL] the mysql database(s) who will be in the variable (or array) 4.- must run on WAMP, XAMPP, LAMP (means that if i need some dlls for make it run on xamp or wamp need to know) I thought about variables i thought about 1.- Variables for setup FTP connection (ftp server, ftp user, ftp password, default folder) 2.- variables for the MySQL connection (user, password, host, databse(s) name(s) 3.- variable for dating the backup for example the dump of mysql can be "[login to view URL]" 4.- variable for dating the backup of the folder "uploads" can be [login to view URL] 5.- little section with phpmailer for send me an email if the backup cannot be done (i already have on my app the /drv/mailconfig section so in only need the area for input my conf and make it to run Please for understand you read the project and understoood completely answer me one question how much it is 2 +2 ?
