Please read carefully about the project and include all questions you have - generic bids that are not personalized for this project will be ignored: Here is the website concept in gist - the first page will ask the user to enter a URL. When the user clicks submit, we scrape the HTML source code of the URL, make some modifications and display a local version of the HTML. In the second page of the website, all the <divs> shall be highlighted. Also, the user will be able to make modifications to the various divs (like change text, replace images, change the code, etc.) - when the user clicks 'DONE', we create a downloadable zip file of the HTML file along with all downloaded js, css, image files. In the third page, the user makes a payment via Paypal and is able to download the file. Budget is around $100
