Oneline Assessment Tool with Php and CI Bootstrap

Hi, Looking for a development of online assessment tool where. 3 users will be there 1. SuperAdmin 2. SubAdmin 3. Subscriber(End User). Super Admin should be able to 1. Create users 2. Create Assessment questionss and question bank, assessment pages 3. Take Assessment on behalf of End Users(Subscriber) 4. Generate PDF Assessment Certificates 5. Few Reports Sub Admin should be able to 3. Take Assessment on behalf of End Users(Subscriber) 4. Generate PDF Assessment Certificates Subscriber(End User) 1. Should be able to see all assessments available against his required categories 2. Should be able to take assessment and complete all list of questions answered 3. Should generate pdf certificate of assessment with all questions etc and also email it ex: you can see similar portal as [login to view URL] IN that Admin --> Admin Student --> End User(SUbscriber) Teacher--> SubAdmin
