Online (Web) Platform to describe, change, approve and administrate their flow-chart processes, process documents and organization chart

Online (Web) Platform where companies can register and create, change, approve and administrate their processes, process documents and organization chart that allow:

1. Administrating and creating process flow charts (similar to MS VISIO or Lucidchart). Different Process shapes (process steps) can be dragged and dropped, connected and described with a text. Processes can be linked with sub-processes.

Every process further has at least a

1.1 Process title

1.2 Process description

1.3 Individual ID number

1.4 Creation (status draft) and publish date (status public)

1.5 Process owner (user that may change the process status from draft to public)

For every process step it further can described

1.6 Responsible user roles (user role that is defined as well in the organization chart)

1.7 More detailed description of the process step

1.8 Tools (uploaded documents, links, forms)

Processes can be saved and organized in a folder structure. They can be printed out as PDF.

2 Administrating tools

2.1 Documents (Tools) can be uploaded, named and administrated. They can be organized in a folder structure

3 Administrating and creating an organization chart per drag and drop describing the job title and the corresponding name. They can be printed out as PDF.

4 User can register at platform and create a “company” to create and save the individual processes and organization chart. They can invite other company users and administrate their roles, so that can access as well the company’s organization chart and processes. Depending on their assigned role, they can as well create, modify processes.

5 General available example processes and organization charts can be described, that users can access and load into their environment. The platform with its processes and tools should support multi-language.

6 The platform's administrator can delete/change/administrate companies and backup/restore companies data. He further can define multi/language sample/template processes, organization charts and tools that users can use to create fast their documentation
