Only Printing Solution required Please Read carefully - Repost - open to bidding

I have a very simple software solution which operates with an Android App and a Web App. Orders are placed from android app and fulfilled through the web app(i.e Marked as Canceled or Completed). When the order is placed from Android app the Order Bill is printed at the Cashier Desk, and Order Details (what is being served) are printed on the printers installed at departments. We have installed three printers. One is at the cashier desk and one is at Department No 1 and one printer is installed at department No. 2. If an order placed contains items from both departments(to be served) then a total of three prints are generated. One is printed as a bill with total items and amount. One is printed at Department No 1 with the only items from the order that relate to this department. The third is printed at the Department No.2 with items from this [login to view URL] simple words the order placed generates 3 printable receipts being printed on different printers simultaneously. At present I am using the Kiosk Printing to handle this issue and it is working correctly. I need a solution with out the Kiosk Printing where I can increase or decrease the number of printers. Please note that the person/company/agency interested to provide the solution should explain that how it will be implemented. I have already spent a lot on time and money but no stable solution have I found to date. Clearly demonstrate about this project instead of Sending me your profiles. The android app and web app working very fine. Only the Printing Solution is required.
