I have a vqmod for google+ and facebook likes, but it's not working anymore (maybe deprecated code, maybe vqcache permission error)

Your task is to fix the code in the following way:

- make facebook follow, like and g+ icons back, place them above item/category/information/blog description

- If customer scrolls, they should float on top of screen (similar style as cookie consent, I will send you example screenshots from other sites)

- Put Twitter and Instagram social media icons also above item/category/blog/information page description, but they don't float.

- The social media icons should be in old fashioned way, with counter, and with my country language set

You'll get all ftp, admin login when you get the job
