I have a project that is urgent and I need someone to be able to work with me on my time zone. I am in Central US time zone, I need someone that can start right away. I need some CSS/HTML modifications to an OpenCart Website and also to set up the paypal API. I have some images that need to be put into the banner spaces, and I also need the main banner resized to fit like the template demo. I need this all done today, with some other loose ends tied up as well. Please speak and write english and communicate very well.
