Oscommerce: cookie EU message

Hello, we need a simple modification of our oscommerce sites. The page header should show an alert for cookie notice with a link to a cookie information page (we use info pages contribution). We will give you the exact text for each language and to cookie information page. Another link will let the customer close the alert just like we do on our magento site [login to view URL] On oscommerce we use simple template system, so the module should be simple to install and configure. We also would like to have a configuration menu where insert the links to information pages for each language configured in the store. The module will be installed on several sites with different templates so it should be compatible with them We use a modified MS 2.2 oscommerce version.
