oscommerce fix (php5 problems) and update from 2.2 to latest 2.3.4

Hi, I have 14+ yrs. experience of osCommerce/opencart/zencart/wordpress/woocommerce/prestashop/Cre Loaded. I have already worked on hundreds of ecommerce websites including template integration, module installation and custom module development. I have contributed 3 payment modules (eway, netbilling and ccavenue) to oscommerce community and developed many custom payment, shipping, reports and other modules for my clients. Upgrading the site from 2.2 to 2.3 is a time consuming task if your existing site is heavily modified beacuse the new version is made in <div> and the old one is in table structure. so I would suggest to go fox fix for now. Hello, I'd recommend to use the latest osc version instead of fixing the redundant one. I'll install 2.3.4, transfer database and integrate all the modules from the old version. Best wishes, Serge

Hola como te va?, veo que estas en Argentina asi que te voy a escribir en español. Soy experto oscommerce desde hace mas de 12 años, trabajo unica y exclusivamente con oscommerce. No hay forma de actualizar versiones anteriores a la 2.3 hacia 2.3.3.4 la unica forma es pasarse a la ultima version y re-hacer los cambios necesarios. No veo un vinculo hacia tu actual web para saber cuales son todos los cambios que comentas. En mi basta experiencia y con mas de 60 clientes migrados a las nuevas versiones, te comento que lo recomendable es empezar un proyecto nuevo, agregar los addons y posteriormente migrar la data. El tema diseño es lo que se complica, conservarlo tal cual si han hecho cambios es medio complicado, siempre recomiendo usar un diseño profesional tipo plantilla para este trabajo, dispongo de algunos. El costo es estimativo en base a una migración a nueva versión, con un diseño base + migrado de data y algunos addons estandard. Si el proyecto tiene addons mas allá de los considerados standard, por ej. SPPC no se contempla dentro del presupuesto aquí expuesto. Solicito conocer dirección web de su proyecto. Saludos
