PLEASE DON'T MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY Hi, I am a self employed entrepreneur, and need someone to assist me with my day-to-day business activities. We should meet at a regular time during the week (perhaps 2-3 times per week) to run through what needs to be done, anything from: -Checking over/reconciling my expenses for the week -Assisting with my scheduling for the week -Organising my DJ bookings/responding to my clients (email, Facebook page) -Drafting invoices -Responding to my emails -Posting my events to my ticketing website -Sourcing online quotes for equipment/props -Organising travel & flight schedules, including assisting in responding when I put my apartment on AirBnb. -Budgeting -Logging on to my laptop remotely & importing music promos into my music library. -Responding to customer enquiries on my ticketing website -Scheduling Facebook posts, social media planning All the training will be provided, but I need a fast learner and someone who can be concise and eventually autonomous. Any business qualifications would be preferred but not necessary. As I'll be spending a bit of time showing you what to do, it would be good to have a fast internet connection for when we need to speak or share screens. I'm quite easy-going, and someone with a sense of humour would be great! Looking forward to hearing from you. Initially looking at 10 hours per week, but then increasing as things become more streamlined and efficient.

I read and understood your requirements and can start the work asap. I am sure i will be best suitable for this position since i have good experience in handling customer care work, I have handled customer care for companies - Altius technologies ( they provide templates through knowledge base ) and Blisstel communications Support ( handled calls as well as tickets via fresh desk) .
