PHP based script require for files conversion

I am looking for a sincere and experienced developer who can write a php script which can convert a pdf to word and word to pdf for me with form. Form design will be like this and requirements: A large size button with title of “Browse Files” if user is going to select pdf then button title will say “Browser PDF Files” or if user will choose Word then title will say “Browser Word Files” so on for others formats too.  Exactly form validation like valid files formats like .pdf, word, so on  Max file size will be 2 mb. No more than 2 mb should allowed  User can convert maximum 10 files at a time.  During conversion ajax loader will appear  After conversion you have to force download by browser or user can download Onclick  User can select files from google drive, Dropbox  On invalid format or invalid size system will give proper reasonable message  After upload a file user will see a plus icon or button to give hint to user you can upload more files.  When files uploading limit exceeded user can’t see further upload option  After upload user will see a button like convert pdf, word, so on.
