Custom web application to create subscription based account access to personalized data management program. This application will consist of a large number of input fields that need to flow easily, display correctly on desktop and mobile, as well as export to an excel spreadsheet. The application will need to communicate via API to various financial institutions to collect real time account balances. The application will need layered access roles, data management, archival abilities and reporting.
The goal of this application is to sell access to individuals or businesses who will create an account online, pick and pay for their subscription option and then have access to their account information and file dashboard. These customers will, in turn, create individual files that should display on their dashboard for easy management.
Each of these sub account files will have additional access by our customer’s clients. The data collected from their clients will be a large number of basic data fields and conditional fields very similar to do-it-yourself tax preparation. The input pages need to guide the data entry user through the various sections. There will be account balance fields that need to be updated automatically through banking API. This data will be broken into sections and need to be simple to understand and display. One of the main display sections will be a timeline of events created based on the data entry of those events.
