PHP/MySQL - Contact Newly Registered Domain Owners

We need a PHP/MySQL based script that would work as follows: 1. PHP script would run on daily basis to get WHOIS records of all the newly registered domain names provided through [login to view URL] 2. The script would download the daily whois database, and extract the domain names and all details of the owner, and then store it locally into MySQL database. Contact details of the domain owner like Full Name, Company Name, Email Address and Phone Number are important. For reference, we have uploaded a sample database file with this project. Kindly check the format, and see how the PHP would need to work to extract the details. 3. Once the contact details of owners of newly registered domain names are in the local MySQL database, we need another PHP script that would contact the owners by Email and SMS. For Emails, we will be using Amazon SES API: [login to view URL] For SMS, we will be using BulkSMS API: [login to view URL] So the PHP script should work with both these APIs, and help us send our message to the domain owners through both Email and SMS. Request you to kindly be familiar on how these APIs work before bidding on the project. In total there would be 2 separate PHP scripts. The first one to download the daily whois database of newly registered domains, and then extracting the contact details of domain owners. Once the daily database is extracted, the second script would run to send out our message to the domain owners by Email and SMS. We are a new Web Designing and SEO company looking to promote our business by contacting owners of newly registered domain names, and informing them our services.
