We have run into troubles with a PHP database version 4.7.7 that is undocumented and is in production (so no test systems available). It is a pretty straightforward system, nothing very complicated, yet old and not documented. We would like you to study the program, troubleshoot the current issues (which are not big, but you need to be very careful since it is all done in production) and then to document the system in a reasonable manner. Yes, we would like you to start 'yesterday', we are in a hurry. Once the troubleshooting and documentation have been done, it will become a very 'ad hoc' assignment. Like, two months nothing, then suddenly a week full time, then a couple of months silence again. If you think you can do the Dutch - English translation with Google Translate only, please think again, since we suspect this is going to create issues with the rest of Dutch-speaking team. However, we would not like to exclude excellent programmers only for not speaking Dutch.
