PHP script modification for eBay affiliate API coding

I am looking for a freelancer who is familiar with eBay affiliate API to modify a simple PHP script for me. Please take a look at the script here: [login to view URL]
I want below features added to the script. For item 1 and 2 functions are coded in the script already. You will need to figure out the execution of functions only.
1. Add search filter items in config file: Listing type, Sort Order, Minimum Price, Maximum price, Set Seller ID,
2. Set default filters for all new searches as same filter settings set in config file
3. Add facebook customer chat plugin button for all pages on the bottom right of pages above back to top button.
4. Add browser push notification function
