PHP script that will accept a file upload via post(repost)

I need a php script that will accept the file I will send it via POST, look at the picture you can see how my app (NSIS installer) sends the file. The PHP script will take the name from the HTTP field filename and save the file to the current directory. The server I'm hosting the script on is IIS7 You need to have knowledge how to work with raw post since the post doesn't come as a post variable in PHP.
