On php website: merge image + video in ONE frame

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can merge an mp4 file with an image next to each other within ONE frame, and create video output to share via Facebook api .
i have an app, which allows user to
a) take photo, or
b) record video clip
output file (mp4 or jpg) gets uploaded to server.
If output file is
a) jpg (this option is already working): my website merges that image with another already existing image, see attachment called "Facebook Post" for an example post. on the left you see jpg taken with app (i took a photo of my wall). On the right you see an image with a background picture, profile picture with name below it, and logo on top right corner, all available on my server.
b) mp4 (this needs to be done): right side looks exactly same as jpg on “Facebook Post” attachment, only left side, instead of the jpeg, we will play our mp4. so we have the mp4 playing on the left side, and right side we have an image. This will be on ONE video output which we can upload to Facebook via Facebook share api.
