I need a freelancer to developer a print label in php with pdf output to print it after.

The data to show in print label from json response in file [login to view URL] (in attachment).

Note: the sample to follow/map data from php file is in attachment ([login to view URL]), I need the print label (max-width: 15cm with automatic proportion/scale) to be printed on a4 paper.
