okay i need to build an app where there is a multi-level user. I have the database in place. i just need the barbone, by barebone i mean just the php code, i dont really need the front end. when login, if user and admin they go to dashboard and if you user is not an admin they go to welcome. admin can add user/delete user, create role and permission. This needs be just php no framework. it can be simple
