Functionality of software - login for multiple clients - clients can post requirement with document upload - system to send e-mail and sms to various suppliers with requirement. - suppliers to submit bid. Supplier may or may not have login - e auction (reverse) with multiple suppliers - dashboard for clients with past bids and records I will share a sample application website for this.
