Professional WordPress Developer - Nav Menu Coding

About our project: Our current website has a very large menu that works great. We recently had a new theme developed and the menu functionality is not working properly. I have attached screen-shots of our existing site, and how the menu works when certain items are clicked. At the bottom there is a screen-shot of the new site. Even when certain menu items are clicked on the new site, it doesn't load into our main navigation. The menu needs to be fixed and our URL structure needs to remain the same. Nothing in our menu on the back-end needs to change, it's the header and how it was coded that needs to be fixed.
