Query Modification to Pull Data Into Our DataFeed fro Google, Bing, Etc - open to bidding

I have a functioning PHP that builds out datafeed export file and subsequently FTPs the file to the targeted destination. The datafeed works very well. However, I have added new data fields for the product we have within our database and I need help modifying the query within the datafeed PHP to properly pull these new fields per product. Within the attachment below, I have include a summary of what we are trying to do. The attachment contains an example of the fields we are trying to included within the datafeed along with table name and the field/column names. I also included a snippet of the current SQL utilized within the datafeed. IMPORTANT NOTE: This job is solely to assist us with adding the additional SQL required to pull the identified product attributes. We are NOT going to redesign the datafeed or make major changes to how it functions. It is extremely important to be clear that this job is only for making improvements. If you do a good job with this first project, I have many others that I need help with and will request your services for.
