****IGNORE BUDGET ABOVE SUBMIT YOUR QUOTE**** This is a big project that will take many months to complete. I do not have extensive funds so the project must be completed in small steps over a prolonged period of time.

I am looking to have a website built that allows security contractors (Bouncers) to register and create a profile and set their location and distance they are willing to travel to work. ID and SIA License will have to be checked as part of the application process. Businesses will register themselves (and will have an application process that includes submitting several documents) and they can then post a job for a small fee. Users who are within their prescribed distance will be notified through email and can then apply to the job. A business can then review the applicants and select however many bouncers are required and they then are given access to the users email and phone number to arrange the job. Clients then leave a review on the bouncers which helps boost their profile.

I plan to start fairly simple and then as I have more capital I will upgrade as I go along. This could be a pro-longed job for up to a few years if little updates required every now and then. Obviously aside from the front end, a back end needs to be created to allow me and future employees to approve applications, suspend accounts etc and change the automatic emails template that will be sent.

This is very early on and I do not have graphics or logos etc but I will hire a separate graphic designer for this. The site will generate revenue from advertising and the businesses paying a small fee to register every job.

Automated bids will be ignored. This job will require skype contact to discuss the development as it goes on, a proficiency in English is also required.

The budget is a place holder as I am not sure of how much this will all cost. I will set up and release milestones for features and steps such as "payment integration", "Review system" etc. This will, of course, all be discussed and decided with the winner. Please bid as accurately as possible for everything described above (I understand this will be a rough figure).
